The vocal score was published by Chappell (London; New York, c1911, pl. no. 24915). The selections are manuscript, consisting of two unbound scores for the interpolated numbers "Song" and "Trio." The orchestra parts are manuscript, each part being for an individual number in the work. The promptbooks are typescript. One is incomplete, being for the first act only. The lyrics were published by Chappell (c1911).
